Kellstar Consultancy was founded by serial recruitment entrepreneur, Dean Kelly, to deliver investment, mentoring, coaching and board advisory to CEOs, Founders and Entrepreneurs.
Kellstar has supported an army of aspirant business leaders to define and grow their vision, improve process, scale, and build a sustainable enterprise to achieve their dreams and goals.
Every member of the Kellstar team has helped business owners to grow from conception and start-up, to six, seven, eight and nine figure enterprises.

Dean Kelly, an experienced multipreneur and investor, has achieved remarkable success in building, growing, and exiting multiple businesses. Nearly two decades ago, at the age of 30, he sold his first company for an eight-figure sum, subsequently becoming the youngest CEO on the U.K. stock market.
As the founder of Kellstar, Dean remains an actively engaged entrepreneur, overseeing a diverse portfolio of agencies, SaaS platforms, and consultancy services on a global scale. Additionally, he established the world’s largest network of recruitment CEOs, boasting a combined turnover exceeding $4 billion.
Dean’s passion lies in building enterprises, fostering the success of individuals and ultimately contributing to the creation of millionaires.
