Our team is led by Dean Kelly, a highly regarded and multi-award-winning entrepreneur. At 23, Dean entered the IT recruitment industry and quickly rose to the top 0.1% of billing consultants. Within three years he was headhunted to establish a new company for a group of investors, growing it to 42 staff and a multi-million-pound turnover in 12 months.
His own business became the UK's fastest zero-to-exit agency, acquired by a UK PLC in 2005 for over $20 million in under three years. After a profit warning, Dean took control to become the youngest CEO on the UK stock market — turning the business around, repaying tens of millions in debt, delisting it, and selling the group in 2015.
